I am a registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor with the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners (ASCHP) and a trained Gestalt Play Therapy Practitioner.

I offer compassionate, individualised counselling to adults, children and families, providing a safe space to feel heard, understood and supported through life’s challenges and periods of change.

My background in education and counselling has shaped the way I work with people across different ages and stages of life. When children find it difficult to express what they are feeling, play can become their language, offering a natural way to communicate, explore emotions and make sense of their experiences.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: our experiences may shape us, but they do not have to define who we are or who we become.
